The aim is to equip you with the tools necessary to navigate your thoughts and emotions without the anxiety and overwhelm that often accompany them. We work on creating a pause between the thought and the reaction, giving ourselves time to be calm and act with compassion toward ourselves without letting our thoughts run away. Each call ends with a guided meditation to leave you feeling relaxed and soothed. The sessions are also accompanied by support via WhatsApp in between our calls. A free consultation call is available for those interested.

Tailored sessions carried out virtually for 60 minutes once a week for eight weeks.
